AE Skin – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AE Skin, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality mobile skincare treatments and exceptional customer service. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling so you know what to expect.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services provided by AE Skin, including facials and other skincare treatments.

2. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of your scheduled service date.

Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Once a treatment has been provided, no refund will be issued unless there is a proven service fault.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

Between 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Full service fee will be charged, no refund given.

Rescheduling: Free of charge if requested more than 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Treatment Packages

Packages purchased and partially used are non-refundable for the unused portion.

All package services must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact AE Skin via email or phone with your appointment details. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
